Ingredients
Scale
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1.5 tsp salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl and stir until fully incorporated. Use when making chicken shawarma with laffa bread.
