Ingredients
65g of self-rising flour
150g of fat-free Greek yogurt
12g of coconut flour
75g of egg whites
100g of Mutti pizza sauce
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of white sugar
58g of mozzarella cut into cubes
Garlic sprinkle to taste
Parmesan to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven as hot as it can go.
In a bowl, mix together 65g of self-rising flour, 150g of fat-free Greek yogurt, 12g of coconut flour, and 75g of egg whites to create a wet paste.
Place this paste on a pizza tray with baking paper and spread it out as even as it will go. Now put the tray in the oven and cook until lightly brown all over, 2 to 3 minutes.
Mix together 100g of pizza sauce, 1 tbsp of salt, and 1 tbsp of white sugar. ingredients.
Once dough has been browned, spread sauce mixture on top and place 58g of cubed mozzarella. This is also the time to add any additional toppings you’d like, such as pepperoni, sausage, garlic, herbs/seasonings/etc.
Put in oven until mozzarella has melted and edges are nicely browned – about 3 to 4 minutes.
